Phoenix, Arizona, January 31, 2003 - Martin Pladgeman, until recently President of the Arizona division of Pacific Information Systems, Inc., an affiliate of B.O.S. - Better On-line Solutions (NASDAQ: BOSC) with international headquarters in Teradion, Israel, announced today that he has established a new company, BOSaNOVA, Inc., which has been appointed a Master Distributor of BOScom products in North America.
Pladgeman states that BOSaNOVA, Inc. will be adding new products, such as thin clients and Ethernet terminals, to the pre-existing BOScom product line. BOSaNOVA, Inc. will provide sales and technical support for BOScom products in North America.
"Customers of BOScom solutions have come to expect excellence from BOScom products and support. Now, in addition to the well-known award-winning BOScom emulation and connectivity products, as a result of an ongoing R&D relationship with BOScom in Israel, BOSaNOVA, Inc. will deliver the very best thin client and Ethernet terminals to the American market," stated Pladgeman.
